Please read these terms carefully before booking a software installation.
1. Services
Quick Softwares ("we", "us") provides remote software installation services on Windows and macOS devices. Installations are delivered either over screen-share or by sending the setup link to the customer's email, as selected during booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be placed through this website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking via Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (USD).
- Discount coupons apply only at the time of booking and cannot be claimed retroactively.
- Prices shown are inclusive of service charges; payment-gateway fees may apply.
3. Software Licenses
- The customer is solely responsible for owning valid licenses for the software they wish to install.
- Quick Softwares does not supply, sell, or activate pirated or unlicensed software.
- We are not liable for license-key validity, activation failures, or copyright violations arising from software the customer has procured elsewhere.
4. Installation
- For Remote (screen-share) bookings, the customer must be available at the scheduled time with a stable internet connection and admin access on their device.
- For Link via email bookings, setup instructions are sent to the customer's email within 3 hours of confirmed booking.
- All time slots are in Indian Standard Time (IST). Customers in other zones must verify the IST equivalent.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled slot are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled slot are non-refundable.
- If we are unable to complete the installation due to issues on our side, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are not available where installation fails due to the customer's hardware, license, internet connectivity, or unavailability.
6. Customer Data & Privacy
- The information provided at booking (name, email, phone, device details) is used solely to deliver the booked service and to send order confirmations.
- We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except as required by payment processors to complete transactions or by law.
7. Liability
- The customer is responsible for backing up their data before any installation.
- Quick Softwares is not liable for data loss, software conflicts, system instability, or any indirect damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific booking that gave rise to the claim.
8. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version posted on this page governs all subsequent bookings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of India.
